India Vs Sri Lanka
ODI and one T20 cricket is going to start on 28th January 2009. India will start the first match with Sri Lanka for this year. Sri Lank have recently defeated Pakistan at their own ground. Sri Lanka is in the great spirit after defeating Pakistan by 2-1 in the recent ODI series. on the other hand India is also in a great form after winning ODI and Test series from World champions Australia and England. They had extremely performed well in these matches.
India is lacking behind in fielding side, rest of the area is perfect. Sri Lankans are good overall. AS we all know indias fielding side, how nice is it? So this series is going to be a biggest series for both India and Sri lanka. It is going to be a interesting one as both the teams are in great form.
India was the world cup winner of the first 20 20 cricket world cup. So it would be very tough for Sri Lanka to defeat india in T20 as well. but it is cricket everything is possible.
The first match will be played in Sri Lanka on 28th January 2009.
